# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large round seedless watermelon (approximately 2.5 kg)

02 - 240 g Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
03 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetening yogurt)

04 - 75 g strawberries, sliced
05 - 75 g blueberries
06 - 75 g kiwi, peeled and sliced
07 - 30 g raspberries
08 - 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
09 - 2 tablespoons (8 g) chopped fresh mint (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Slice the watermelon crosswise to obtain a 2.5 cm thick round slab. Pat both sides dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
02 - Transfer the watermelon slab to a large cutting board or platter, ensuring stability for topping.
03 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired, blending until smooth.
04 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the surface of the watermelon, leaving a narrow border uncovered.
05 - Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries attractively on top of the yogurt layer.
06 - Sprinkle with shredded coconut and chopped fresh mint, if using.
07 - With a large sharp knife, cut the topped watermelon round into 8 equal wedges.
