07 - 1.25 ml sea salt

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced red onion, and fresh mint leaves.
02 - Drizzle the mixture with extra-virgin olive oil and fresh lime juice. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Gently toss until the ingredients are evenly coated.
03 - Add the crumbled feta cheese and toss lightly to incorporate, or arrange the cheese on top for an attractive presentation.
