Tomato Peach Burrata Salad (Print Version)

Heirloom tomatoes, peaches, burrata, basil, and balsamic make a bright, creamy summer salad. Perfect for any meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Produce

01 - 3 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
03 - 1 small handful fresh basil leaves

→ Dairy

04 - 2 balls (approximately 200 g) fresh burrata cheese

→ Pantry

05 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
07 - Flaky sea salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Slice the heirloom tomatoes and peaches into even wedges. Remove peach pits prior to slicing.
02 - Layer tomato and peach slices alternately on a large serving platter for visual contrast.
03 - Tear the burrata balls gently and distribute over the arranged produce.
04 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly across the platter.
05 - Scatter fresh basil leaves on top and season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
06 - Present immediately at room temperature for optimal flavour and texture.

# Notes:

01 - Nectarines may be used in place of peaches if preferred.
02 - For added texture, incorporate toasted pine nuts or prosciutto slices.
03 - Complements well with a chilled Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
