S'mores Brownie Bites Toasted (Print Version)

Chocolate brownie bites topped with toasted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs for a sweet American dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
02 - 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

→ S'mores Topping

09 - 1 cup (170 g) chocolate chips
10 - 1 cup (100 g) mini marshmallows
11 - 1/2 cup (50 g) graham cracker crumbs

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
03 - Add the eggs and vanilla extract; stir until fully combined.
04 - Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
05 - Fill each mini muffin cup about 2/3 full with the brownie batter.
06 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
07 - Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each brownie bite.
08 - Top with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
09 - Switch the oven to broil and return the brownie bites to the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted to your liking.
10 - Allow to cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra chocolatey flavor, substitute half of the chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips.
02 - Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce for added indulgence.
