Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and melted butter. Mix well.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract; stir until fully combined.

Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.

Fill each mini muffin cup about 2/3 full with the brownie batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each brownie bite.

Top with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.

Switch the oven to broil and return the brownie bites to the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted to your liking.
