Sausage Egg Cheese Roll-Ups (Print Version)

A hearty, portable breakfast roll-up with sausage, eggs, and cheese in a golden tortilla.

01 - 4 large tortillas
02 - 4 breakfast sausage links
03 - 4 large eggs, scrambled
04 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or preferred variety)

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
02 - Using the same skillet, scramble the eggs to your desired consistency. Remove from heat.
03 - Place 1 sausage link, scrambled eggs, and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Roll up the tortillas tightly, optionally folding in the sides. Return them seam-side down to the skillet and toast over medium heat until golden brown and heated through, 2–3 minutes per side.
05 - Serve the roll-ups warm, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go breakfast.

# Notes:

01 - You can substitute sausage with turkey sausage or a plant-based alternative for a lighter option.
02 - Add sautéed vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or diced bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
03 - The roll-ups can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
