Rainbow Fruit Skewers Yogurt Dip (Print Version)

Colorful fruit on skewers paired with a creamy honey-yogurt dip. Simple, vibrant, and ready in 20 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit

01 - 8 large strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 250 ml pineapple chunks
03 - 150 g green grapes
04 - 150 g blueberries
05 - 150 g cantaloupe or orange melon, cubed
06 - 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
07 - 150 g red grapes
08 - 8 wooden or bamboo skewers

→ Yogurt Dip

09 - 250 g plain Greek yogurt
10 - 30 ml honey
11 - 5 ml fresh lemon juice
12 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly. Cut strawberries, melon, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Thread fruit onto each skewer in rainbow sequence: strawberry, melon, pineapple, kiwi, green grape, blueberry, and red grape. Repeat as necessary to fill each skewer.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
04 - Place skewers on a serving platter and present with the yogurt dip on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Customise with mango, raspberries, or blackberries for added colour and flavour.
02 - Substitute coconut yogurt and maple syrup for a vegan alternative.
03 - For best results, chill fruit skewers and dip before serving.
04 - Complements sparkling water or a light white wine.
