No-bake peanut butter oat bites with chocolate chips, ready fast for easy snacking or breakfast.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 150 g old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 160 g creamy peanut butter
03 - 110 g honey

→ Add-ins

04 - 85 g mini chocolate chips
05 - 50 g ground flaxseed (optional, for added fiber)
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of fine sea salt

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, ground flaxseed if using, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Stir the mixture with a spatula or spoon until ingredients are completely combined and a sticky dough forms.
03 - Fold mini chocolate chips into the mixture until evenly distributed.
04 - With clean hands or a small cookie scoop, portion and roll the mixture into 2.5 cm balls.
05 - Place the rolled bites onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
06 - Refrigerate the bites for a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure they firm up.
07 - Transfer the bites to an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.

01 - For a vegan adaptation, substitute maple syrup for honey and select dairy-free chocolate chips.
02 - Use almond or sunflower seed butter to create a nut-free variation.
