Hot Honey Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing Ingredients

01 - ¾ cup light olive oil
02 - ⅓ cup honey
03 - ¼ cup lemon juice
04 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
05 - 1 tablespoon dried thyme
06 - 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
07 - 1½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1½ teaspoon onion powder
09 - ¾ teaspoon salt
10 - ½ teaspoon pepper

→ Pasta Salad Ingredients

11 - 1 pound medium size pasta, bowtie or penne
12 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes
13 - 8 ounces mozzarella pearls, fully drained
14 - 4 ounces mini pepperoni slices
15 - 1½ cups baby arugula
16 - ½ cup fresh basil

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until tender according to instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain and briefly rinse with cool water.
02 - While the pasta is cooking, add the dressing ingredients to the bottom of a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.
03 - Once the pasta is drained and lightly rinsed, add it to the bowl of dressing. Stir together until each piece is well coated.
04 - Add the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, mini pepperoni slices, baby arugula, and fresh basil to the dressing-coated pasta. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
05 - The salad can be served immediately but tastes best when refrigerated for at least two hours before serving.
