# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 1/4 cup ketchup
04 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
05 - Salt and black pepper to taste
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter, for grilling
09 - Pickles, lettuce, or tomato slices (optional, for serving)

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess fat.
02 - Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
03 - Lay tortillas flat and spoon the beef mixture evenly down the center of each one.
04 - Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese and add optional toppings like pickles or tomatoes.
05 - Roll each tortilla burrito-style: fold sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom.
06 - Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot with dipping sauces of your choice!
