05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine warm milk and yeast in a small bowl and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and salt.
03 - Add the yeast mixture, condensed milk, egg, and softened butter to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
04 - Knead the dough by hand or with a dough hook for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
05 - Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls, a loaf, or twisted buns as desired.
07 - Place the shaped dough in a greased baking pan, cover, and let it rise for another 30–40 minutes.
08 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
09 - Bake the bread for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
10 - Brush the warm bread with a mixture of condensed milk and butter, if desired. Cool slightly before serving.
