Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch (10 cm) circle.

Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to the center of each biscuit.

Layer with 3 slices of pepperoni and a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Carefully pinch and seal the dough around the filling to form a ball.

Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the dough balls.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
