Sweet Chili Ground Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ground Beef Mixture

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
04 - 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
05 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

→ Brussels Sprouts Mixture

07 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil
08 - 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
09 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
10 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
11 - 1/2 of a lime, juiced
12 - Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add the ground beef to a large skillet and crumble it. Add in the green onions, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sriracha, and soy sauce. Cook until browned, then transfer to a plate.
02 - Add a tablespoon of avocado oil to the skillet and toss in the shredded brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper, and saute until softened and caramelized.
03 - Return the ground beef to the skillet with the brussels sprouts. Add the sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve as desired.
