# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread melted butter evenly in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar until combined.
03 - Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Whisk until just combined.
04 - Carefully spoon the batter over the melted butter in the pan, ensuring not to mix them together. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the batter.
05 - Gently pour the hot water over the batter and sugar mixture.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cobbler is mostly set.
07 - Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the hot cobbler.
08 - Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Best served warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
