Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add lump crab meat to the sauce and stir gently to heat through.

Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, then toss in the cooked pasta until fully coated in the sauce.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
