Chicken Wraps in 5 Minutes (Print Version)

Juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy sauce rolled into soft tortillas – ready in just 5 minutes for busy days.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup cooked chicken (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover), shredded or sliced
02 - 1/2 cup lettuce or spinach, shredded
03 - 1/4 cup tomato, diced
04 - 1/4 cup cucumber or bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
06 - 2 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)

→ Sauce

07 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise, yogurt, or hummus
08 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard or hot sauce (optional)
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Wrap

10 - 2 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

# Steps:

01 - Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds until soft.
02 - In a bowl, mix chicken with sauce ingredients until well coated.
03 - Lay out tortillas and evenly divide the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and any other vegetables. Top with the chicken mixture and cheese if using.
04 - Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides, and slice in half. Serve immediately or wrap to-go.
