Bright pepperoni and pickles combine on a golden crust for an unexpectedly tangy, craveable pizza experience.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 ball (approximately 300 g) pizza dough, homemade or store-bought

→ Sauce

02 - 120 ml tomato pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 180 g shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

→ Pickle-Flavored Pepperoni

04 - 100 g pepperoni slices
05 - 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
06 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles

→ Toppings

07 - 30 g sliced dill pickles
08 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

→ Garnish

09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 250°C or as hot as possible. For optimal results, place a pizza stone in the oven while preheating.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine pepperoni slices with dill pickle juice and finely chopped pickles. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
03 - On a floured surface, stretch or roll pizza dough into a 30 cm round. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or floured pizza peel.
04 - Spread tomato pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
06 - Arrange the marinated pepperoni slices over the cheese. Distribute sliced dill pickles and red onion evenly across the surface.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling with brown spots.
08 - Remove pizza from oven. Garnish with chopped dill and freshly ground black pepper. Slice and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For increased heat, add crushed red pepper flakes before baking.
02 - Substitute turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
03 - A pizza stone enhances crispness in the crust.
04 - Serve with ranch or additional pickle slices on the side.
