One-Pot Creamy Beef Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 10 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
03 - 4 cups beef broth
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
05 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Add uncooked pasta and beef broth. Stir to combine.
05 - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
06 - Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy and thickened.
07 - Let sit for 3–5 minutes off heat to allow sauce to thicken further.
08 - Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
