Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls (Print Version)

Flaky croissant rolls loaded with melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and garlic butter. Ideal for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasoning and Glaze

04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
07 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

→ Dipping Sauce (Optional)

08 - Pizza sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
03 - On the wide end of each triangle, layer 3 pepperoni slices and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
04 - Roll up each triangle tightly toward the point, tucking in any filling if needed.
05 - Place rolls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
06 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over each roll.
07 - Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
08 - Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown and cheesy.
09 - Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping!
