# Ingredients:

→ For the Meatballs

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
06 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
07 - 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
08 - 1 large egg
09 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs
10 - 1 teaspoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) or red pepper flakes
11 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Spicy Mayo Dip

12 - ½ cup mayonnaise
13 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
14 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
15 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
16 - 1 teaspoon honey
17 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
18 - 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, green onions, egg, breadcrumbs, gochugaru, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
02 - Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about 1½ inches in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.
05 - Transfer cooked meatballs to a serving plate. Drizzle with spicy mayo dip or serve it on the side for dipping. Optionally garnish with chopped green onions.
