01 - 1/2 cup shredded hashbrowns, drained and patted dry
02 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your mini waffle maker and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a bowl, mix together shredded hashbrowns, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Spoon half the mixture into the center of the waffle maker and spread evenly. Close the lid and cook for 4–6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
04 - Carefully remove and repeat with the remaining mixture.
05 - Let cool slightly and serve warm with a side of Greek yogurt, avocado, or salsa for a healthy dip.
