Grilled Peaches Honey Vanilla Ice (Print Version)

Sweet grilled peaches with honey, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a touch of cinnamon for a delightful finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit

01 - 4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted

→ Glaze

02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

→ To Serve

05 - 4 scoops high-quality vanilla ice cream
06 - Extra honey, for drizzling
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
02 - Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter. Drizzle or brush with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
03 - Position peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches begin to caramelize.
04 - Flip peaches and grill skin-side down for another 3 to 4 minutes until softened but not mushy.
05 - Remove from the grill. Place two peach halves on each plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with additional honey, and garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For added texture, sprinkle grilled peaches with toasted nuts such as almonds or pecans.
02 - Nectarines or plums can be substituted for peaches.
