Grilled Peach Salad Feta Balsamic (Print Version)

Sweet grilled peaches meet feta and walnuts over greens with a tangy balsamic glaze for a bright salad.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

→ Dairy

02 - 100 g feta cheese, crumbled

→ Greens

03 - 100 g arugula or mixed greens

→ Nuts

04 - 50 g walnuts, toasted

→ Condiments

05 - 60 ml balsamic glaze
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium heat.
02 - Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
03 - Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and they soften slightly.
04 - Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
05 - In a large bowl, combine the arugula, grilled peaches, crumbled feta, and toasted walnuts.
06 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine.
07 - Serve immediately.
