# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
05 - 2 tbsp honey
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for spice)
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Tacos

09 - 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
11 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
12 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
13 - 1/4 cup sliced red onions
14 - Optional: sour cream, fresh cilantro, lime wedges

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
02 - In the same skillet, push the beef to one side and melt the butter on the empty side. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Mix the garlic butter into the beef. Stir in the BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and chili powder (if using). Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend the flavors.
04 - Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or wrap them in foil and warm in the oven.
05 - Fill each tortilla with a generous scoop of the garlic butter honey BBQ beef. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, and any additional toppings you like.
06 - Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for extra zest.

# Notes:

01 - Substitute ground chicken or turkey for a lighter option.
02 - Use a smoky or spicy BBQ sauce for extra depth of flavor.
03 - Add avocado slices or a drizzle of ranch dressing for a creamy topping.
