Frozen Yogurt Bark Berries (Print Version)

Frozen Greek yogurt studded with fresh berries and a hint of honey, broken into crunchy bark pieces.

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Base

01 - 500 g plain Greek yogurt (full fat or low fat)
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Toppings

04 - 75 g fresh blueberries
05 - 75 g fresh raspberries
06 - 75 g sliced strawberries
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
08 - 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
09 - Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet (approximately 23x33 cm) with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
04 - Distribute the berries evenly over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest if desired.
05 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt using clean hands or a spatula to ensure they adhere.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer uncovered for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.
07 - Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the frozen yogurt bark into shards or pieces.
08 - Serve immediately, or transfer the pieces to a freezer-safe container for storage up to 1 month.

# Notes:

01 - Any combination of fresh berries can be used, or substitute with frozen berries directly from the freezer.
02 - For added richness, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the yogurt layer before freezing.
03 - To make this vegan, use plant-based yogurt and select maple syrup as the sweetener.
04 - Allow bark to stand at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for improved texture.
