01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning discarded
02 - 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
10 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
11 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tablespoon sriracha, optional for extra heat

13 - Chopped green onions or sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, toss chicken with chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
05 - Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
06 - Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
07 - Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat. Stir in sriracha if using.
08 - Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together until well mixed.
09 - Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
