Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, toss chicken with chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat. Stir in sriracha if using.
