In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Warm gently and set aside.

Pound chicken to an even thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Place flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.

Press crumbled feta cheese into the chicken, then coat in flour, dip in egg, and press into panko breadcrumbs.

Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20–25 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, or pan-fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Drizzle the cooked chicken generously with the hot honey just before serving.
