Crispy Honey Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 3 cloves garlic (minced)
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - Chopped green onions (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry.
02 - In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Flip the fillets, brush half of the glaze on top, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 145°F).
05 - Drizzle remaining glaze over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
02 - Substitute maple syrup for honey for a different twist.
