Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Print Version)

Golden potatoes with garlic and Parmesan. Perfectly crisp and tender, a great meal complement.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
02 - 3 tbsp olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 0.5 tsp dried thyme
07 - 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large bowl, toss the halved or quartered baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
03 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
05 - Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For an extra crispy texture, broil the potatoes for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.
02 - You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice for a bright finish before serving.
