Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
02 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 3 tablespoons butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Salt and black pepper to taste
11 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute.
05 - Stir in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and mix in Parmesan until melted and creamy.
06 - Add salt and black pepper to taste.
07 - Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
08 - Return shrimp to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
09 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
