Chocolate Hazelnut Dessert Penne Strawberries (Print Version)

Creamy chocolate-hazelnut pasta with strawberries and hazelnuts, served cold and dusted with sugar.

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g penne pasta
02 - Pinch of salt

→ Filling & Topping

03 - 120 g chocolate-hazelnut spread
04 - 200 g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
05 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
06 - 3 tablespoons crushed roasted hazelnuts
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta completely.
02 - Transfer the cooled penne to a large mixing bowl. Gently toss with the chocolate-hazelnut spread until the pasta is evenly coated.
03 - Fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few slices for garnish.
04 - Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of crushed roasted hazelnuts. Toss gently to combine.
05 - Divide the chocolate-hazelnut pasta mixture among serving bowls.
06 - Top each serving with reserved strawberry slices, a sprinkle of remaining crushed hazelnuts, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired. Serve cold.
