# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Sauce

01 - 1 pound pizza dough
02 - 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
03 - All-purpose flour for dusting

→ Cheese

04 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

→ Toppings and Seasoning

06 - 20–25 slices pepperoni
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 25x35 cm.
03 - Spread a thin layer of marinara or pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 2.5 cm border around the edges. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and layer the pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder.
04 - Carefully roll up the dough from the longer side into a tight log, tucking the ends underneath. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
05 - Brush the top with olive oil and lightly score the top with a knife, making 3–4 shallow diagonal cuts.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Let the stromboli rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
