# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken

03 - 1 green bell pepper, finely diced

05 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) tomato sauce
06 - 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
07 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

08 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
09 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
11 - 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

12 - 4 hamburger buns
13 - 1 tbsp olive oil
14 - Optional toppings: sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, coleslaw

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
03 - Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
04 - Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
05 - Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.
06 - Simmer uncovered for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
07 - Toast hamburger buns lightly if desired.
08 - Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture onto the buns. Add optional toppings if using. Serve immediately.
