BBQ Chicken Sliders Tangy Coleslaw (Print Version)

Soft slider buns with saucy chicken and crisp tangy coleslaw make these perfect for parties or easy dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ Meats

01 - 2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 cup (240 ml) barbecue sauce

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup (150 g) coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
04 - ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
05 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
06 - 1 tablespoon sugar
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 8 slider buns

# Steps:

01 - In a slow cooker, add the chicken thighs and pour the barbecue sauce over them. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.
02 - In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
03 - Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and mix it with the barbecue sauce in the slow cooker.
04 - To assemble the sliders, place a generous portion of BBQ chicken on each slider bun and top with a spoonful of tangy coleslaw. Serve immediately.
