Banana Nice Cream Dairy-Free (Print Version)

Smooth banana nice cream is a naturally sweet frozen dessert with just one ingredient—ripe bananas.

01 - 3 large ripe bananas

# Steps:

01 - Peel the bananas and cut them into 1.25 cm thick coins.
02 - Place the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours, or until fully solid.
04 - Transfer the frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until a smooth and creamy soft-serve consistency is achieved, about 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a firmer ice cream.
