Air Fryer Zucchini Fries (Print Version)

Crispy, seasoned zucchini sticks coated in Parmesan-panko breadcrumbs and air fried to golden perfection in just 10 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Zucchini

01 - 2 medium zucchinis, cut into 3-inch sticks (about ½-inch thick)

→ Breading Station

02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tbsp milk
05 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
06 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - ½ tsp paprika
09 - ½ tsp salt
10 - ¼ tsp black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with a mix of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Dredge each zucchini stick in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat in the panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
04 - Arrange zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches to avoid overcrowding). Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
05 - Serve hot with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter version, skip flour and do a single egg-to-panko coating.
02 - Add a pinch of cayenne for heat or swap Parmesan for nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
