In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Spoon or pipe the filling into the mushroom caps, mounding slightly.

Top with additional Parmesan or breadcrumbs if desired and lightly brush or drizzle with olive oil.

Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
