# Ingredients:

→ Mushrooms

01 - 20 medium white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and wiped clean

→ Filling

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for texture)
05 - 2 tbsp finely chopped mushroom stems
06 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
09 - 1/4 tsp salt
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
11 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Topping

12 - 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing or drizzling)
13 - 2 tbsp extra grated Parmesan or breadcrumbs for topping (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
03 - Spoon or pipe the filling into the mushroom caps, mounding slightly.
04 - Top with additional Parmesan or breadcrumbs if desired and lightly brush or drizzle with olive oil.
05 - Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
06 - Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
07 - Let cool slightly and serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
