Air Fryer Nutella Donuts (Print Version)

Golden, fluffy donuts with creamy Nutella centers, perfectly crisped in an air fryer for a quick, irresistible treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 1 tbsp melted butter

→ Filling & Coating

03 - ½ cup Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
04 - ½ cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
03 - Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each biscuit.
04 - Fold the dough over the Nutella, pinch the edges to seal tightly, and gently shape into a ball.
05 - Lightly brush each donut with melted butter.
06 - Place donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - While still warm, roll each donut in cinnamon sugar or plain granulated sugar.
08 - Let cool slightly before serving — Nutella inside will be hot.

# Notes:

01 - For extra indulgence, inject more Nutella after cooking using a piping bag.
02 - Add a dusting of powdered sugar instead of rolling in granulated sugar.
03 - These are best eaten fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
